and Exchange Policy (Retail Store and Online)
At Costless Hub, we prioritize your satisfaction.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return option
within seven (7) days from the date of collection or home delivery. Returns and
exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
For
Product Returns & Exchanges:
Customers can visit any Costless Hub store across
the UAE, contact the Costless Hub Helpline at 026756804, email us at info@costlesshub.ae,

Accessories
& Personal Care Items:
– Returns are accepted if the product remains
sealed/packed or has a manufacturing defect upon opening. Returns are not
accepted if the product has been opened and is in good working condition.
Hard
Goods:
• We will accept
return of the item within 7 days of your purchase if the item is not working or
is found defective. If the product is found to be defective after 7 days from
date of purchase, visit our service center you may call customer care at
+971-508860922 you can visit any of our stores to get the product examined by
our expert customer care representatives.
• If the product
packing or seal is opened & it’s returned within 7 days, a minimum 15%
restocking fees would apply on product regular selling price provided product
is un-used & confirmed by store customer service that same can be offered
to another customer. Personal care items, gaming software and generic software
are not applicable for exchange.
Return
and Exchange Not Applicable:
• If the packaging is incomplete, or the product is damaged or
scratched.
• For customized or special-order products, cut cables/wires,
apparel, personal care, and hygiene items.
• If the online activation code has been scratched or redeemed.
• If the device has an activation or password lock, such as Find
My iPhone (FMIP), Find My Mobile (FMM), or Find My Device (FMD).
• If the VAT has already been refunded against the invoice.
Restocking
Fees:
If the packaging is soiled or opened, and the
product is not defective, unused, or without visible scratches, it will be
accepted back with the following restocking fees:
• For Apple products: Minimum 30% or as per applicable criteria.
• For other brands: Minimum 15% or as per applicable criteria.
• For major/medium home appliances and large panels, restocking
fees will be applied after a review by the authorized service partner.
Returns
for Major/Medium Home Appliances, Large Panels, Audio/Video Products:
Returns or exchanges will be processed based on the
investigation report and approval from the manufacturer’s authorized service
center.
Handling
Charges for Returns:
For customers who accept supplier delivery and
request a return within 7 days of purchase, a handling charge will apply.
Dead
on Arrival (DOA) or Non-Functional Products:
Products that are dead on arrival or not
functioning according to the manual will be exchanged or returned after
verification by Costless hub personnel or the manufacturer’s authorized service
center.
This process may take up to four business days.
Important
Data and Information:
Costless hub is not responsible for transferring
any data from returned products or for any loss of data stored on returned
items.
Refunds:
• Refunds for purchases made with credit/debit cards will be
processed back to the same card used for the transaction.
• Refunds for purchases made with gift cards or loyalty points
will be issued via a Costless Hub gift card.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the
return process is completed.
Non-Refundable
Charges:
Service, delivery, and installation charges are
non-refundable once acknowledged by the customer.
Inspection:
Customers should inspect products before signing
the Proof of Delivery (POD). Any product reported as damaged after signing the
POD will not be eligible for returns or warranty claims.
Extended
Warranty/Damage Protection Plans:
These can be returned if the product is returned
within the manufacturer’s warranty period. The store management’s decision will
be final.
RETURN
AND EXCHANGE POLICY (Marketplace)
For marketplace products, customers should call the

7226. Marketplace products cannot be exchanged or returned at Costless
hub stores.
Marketplace
Product Conditions:
• Products must remain unopened and sealed.
• Fragrances, perfumes, cosmetics, apparel, linen, stationery,
personal care, hygiene products, and online activation cards cannot be returned
or exchanged if opened or used.
• Supermarket products, consumables, and fresh food must be
returned within 24 hours.
Non-consumable goods must be returned within seven
days.
• Dead on arrival (DOA) products or those not functioning as per
the manual will be exchanged or returned after verification by the seller. This
process may take up to seven business days.
Inspection:
Customers are required to inspect products before
signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Any damage reported after signing the POD
will not be eligible for returns or warranty claims.
RETURN
AND EXCHANGE POLICY (Open Box/Display Units)
The standard Costless Hub return, exchange, and
warranty policies do not apply to open box and display items. Defective
products must be returned to any Costless Hub store within seven (7) days of
purchase after verification by authorized personnel.
Warranty:
A six-month warranty applies to open box and display
units purchased from Costless Hub. The warranty will be voided if the product
is tampered with, opened, or shows signs of physical or liquid damage.
Important:
If customers are found to be abusing the return
policy by making excessive returns, returning items not in their original
condition, or frequently canceling orders, Costless Hub reserves the right to
issue warnings, impose restrictions, or terminate customer accounts as deemed
necessary.
