If a product is returned and does not exhibit a manufacturing defect, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. Products that are fully functional and do not have any defects as per the manufacturer's standards will not be accepted for return. We urge customers to thoroughly inspect their items at the time of delivery to ensure they are satisfied with the product.

For products under warranty that require repair, the process may take up to 30 days depending on the availability of spare parts. We strive to complete repairs promptly; however, delays may occur if specific parts are out of stock or require special ordering. You will be notified of any major delays or issues that may arise.
